What You Will Do
Partner with the General Manager to oversee and support all front and back of house operations.
Lead and mentor hourly managers, fostering accountability, development, and leadership within their departments.
Support recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of hourly staff.
Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and Carolina Hospitality.
Maintain regular, effective communication with the Home Office, team members, and guests.
Drive community engagement and represent the A’Verde brand with professionalism and pride.
Lead financial performance goals including cost of sales, labor, and controllable expenses.
Ensure adherence to all policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Embody a stewardship mindset and take initiative to improve operations and experiences.
