Job Title: Housekeeper 
Location: Upper East Side, NY
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-6pm
Type: Live-In or Live-Out (Private Ensuite Provided)

A a warm and loving family based on the Upper East Side is looking for a housekeeper who will also assist a stay-at-home mom with their two year old. The family is expecting a newborn soon! This role will be 80% housekeeping & 20% childcare.

Core Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping & Household Management

  • Daily cleaning and upkeep of the home (tidying, deep cleaning, dusting, etc.)

  • Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care

  • Home organization (closets, pantry, storage, etc.)

  • Light errands as needed (e.g., dry cleaning drop-off, package returns)

• Cooking

  • Preparing healthy, family-friendly lunches and dinners for parents and child

  • Grocery shopping or managing grocery inventory

• Child-Friendly Support

  • Occasionally supervising toddler when Mom needs an extra hand

  • Comfortable with newborn presence in the home

  • Backup babysitting when requested (rare but appreciated)

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar housekeeper role

• Child friendly 

• Excellent cleaning, cooking, and organizational skills

• Trustworthy, warm, and respectful of family dynamics

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
