We are looking to hire two outstanding Sous Chefs who are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow with a team that values creativity, collaboration, and consistency. Competitive salary: $65,000–$75,000 based on experience

Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a skilled culinary team
Train and manage kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of execution
Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization protocols
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and support a team-oriented kitchen culture
Execute all menu items and recipes with consistency and quality
Monitor food prep, holding, storage, and rotation systems
Maintain kitchen equipment and facilities to the highest cleanliness and safety standards
Work in tandem with the Executive Chef to streamline kitchen efficiencies and control costs
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a lead line cook role in a high-volume setting
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
Ability to lead, inspire, and train team members with professionalism and positivity
A proactive, organized, and solutions-focused mindset
Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in growing within the industry
