We are looking to hire two outstanding Sous Chefs who are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow with a team that values creativity, collaboration, and consistency. What You Will Do:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a skilled culinary team

  • Train and manage kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of execution

  • Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization protocols

  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and support a team-oriented kitchen culture

  • Execute all menu items and recipes with consistency and quality

  • Monitor food prep, holding, storage, and rotation systems

  • Maintain kitchen equipment and facilities to the highest cleanliness and safety standards

  • Work in tandem with the Executive Chef to streamline kitchen efficiencies and control costs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a lead line cook role in a high-volume setting

  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices

  • Ability to lead, inspire, and train team members with professionalism and positivity

  • A proactive, organized, and solutions-focused mindset

  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in growing within the industry
