Position: Full-Time Housekeeper/Nanny (Starting Mid-August)
Location: Haverford, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time, at least 40 hours/week)
Compensation: $35 - $40 DOE, 4 weeks PTO, $200/month health insurance stipend

About the Family:
A are a warm, welcoming family with two young children (ages 3 and 18 months), a friendly 20lb dog, and a full-time nanny who is relocating to Pennsylvania in mid August. We’re looking for a proactive, service-minded Housekeeper/Nanny who enjoys helping, loves children, and wants to be an integral part of a well-run home.

The Ideal Candidate:
We’re seeking someone who brings a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for children. While you don’t need to be an expert in anything specific, we value someone who is observant, flexible, communicative, and takes initiative. You should be comfortable stepping in to assist with childcare when the full-time nanny is off and be excited to help keep the household running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping: make beds, clean common areas, organize, manage laundry

• Stock and maintain pantry, refrigerator, and household supplies

• Grocery shopping and running errands as needed

• Prepare simple family meals 3 nights per week

• Assist with childcare alongside the full-time nanny, and take full charge on some days (planned in advance)

• Care for the family dog: short walks and feeding

• Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-organized home environment

Additional Details:

• Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule (some days may be longer or shorter than others)

• Occasional opportunity to pick up additional hours, if desired

• Travel within the U.S. is a plus but not required

• Must drive and have a reliable car (also use of a family car)
