We are searching for a visionary Executive Chef who is ready to lead a dynamic culinary team, bring creative energy to our menu, and help shape one of the most vibrant dining experiences in the Southeast.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a skilled culinary team while fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen environment
• Develop and execute menus rooted in Mediterranean tradition, elevated through innovation and seasonality
• Oversee food costing, prep systems, recipe documentation, and plating standards
• Mentor sous chefs and line cooks, creating a strong pipeline of future leaders
• Source top-quality ingredients and keep the menu fresh, creative, and consistent with the Vidrio identity
• Drive kitchen performance through smart labor management, food cost control, safety standards, and efficiency
• Partner with front-of-house and operations leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Set the tone in the kitchen with positivity, high standards, and a commitment to excellence
