Private family looking to hire a SPANISH-SPEAKING (Preferably), HOUSE MANAGER/NANNY in Bethesda, MD, (Open to relocation)

Salary: $25-35+/hr (Depending on experience), 40 hours/week

The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a warm, organized, and proactive live-in Nanny/Housekeeper/Household Manager who preferably speaks Spanish and enjoys maintaining a clean, structured home. The role is approximately 75% household support and 25% childcare for two children (ages 6 & 8). Responsibilities include light cleaning (weekly cleaner comes), laundry, tidying, grocery shopping, errands, and basic meal prep/cooking. Candidate should be confident managing the home and providing childcare solo when parents travel and be aligned with a healthy lifestyle.

What Works Best for Family: Someone with a positive, happy, professional attitude, who is flexible and proactive. Flexible start date depending on the candidate. The current nanny (with them for the past 8 years) is leaving soon. We are open to relocation and offer a private master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate kitchen on its own floor for full privacy and rest. Spanish fluency is very much preferred. A background in household management along with childcare is required.
