We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and partner with the General Manager in delivering an exceptional guest and team experience.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee and support day-to-day operations across front and back-of-house

• Coach and develop hourly managers and staff to meet performance goals

• Support the General Manager with scheduling, staffing, shift execution, and training

• Monitor cost of sales, labor, and controllable expenses with an ownership mindset

• Foster a solution-driven team culture rooted in Carolina Hospitality

• Ensure compliance with all legal, operational, and safety standards

• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and Home Office leadership

• Represent the Oceanic brand with professionalism and build community relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Restaurant management experience in a full-service or upscale casual dining environment

• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on management approach

• Proven ability to build and lead effective teams in high-volume settings

• Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Passion for hospitality and a drive to create exceptional guest and team experiences
