  • Close coordination with the president's staff and broader team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily housekeeping and maintenance of a formal residence

  • Careful cleaning around delicate art and luxury furnishings

  • Laundry, including care for high-end and couture clothing

  • Wardrobe organization and packing for travel

  • Light grocery shopping and meal preparation

  • Assisting with occasional entertaining and seasonal events (e.g., holiday party prep)

  • Maintaining discretion and a respectful presence, especially during WFH hours

  • Supporting the smooth operation of guest houses as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a formal or high-net-worth household

  • Strong knowledge of fine fabric and garment care

  • Professionalism, discretion, and excellent attention to detail

  • Must be highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs

  • Comfortable around pets and college-age individuals

  • Ability to work well with a team and take direction from senior staff

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Additional Information:

  • Relocation Support: Short-term housing provided in a nearby campus apartment for up to 6 months if relocating

  • Live-Out Role: Candidate must have reliable transportation if local

  • Work Hours: Begin laundry duties at 8:00 AM, then enter the home at 9:00 AM for daily tasks

This is a unique opportunity to work in a respectful, well-managed household where excellence is expected and appreciated. If you have a background in luxury private service and are looking for your next long-term position, we would love to hear from you.
