So, what ‘s the position about in general?
As embedded software engineer you will design the software for the embedded hardware of complex and technically advanced products. You are responsible for the software requirements analysis and translation this to a functional and technical design.
The software should be designed in a structured way, with testability and maintainability as main goals. You are able to use and create new test tools and should make sure that test results are documented and traceable.
You will work in multidisciplinary project team, where it is expected to act as sub-project owner.
You demonstrates ownership for the project as an eager, self-propelling and result driven team member.

Cool! What’s the profile that you are looking for?

• Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science
• Minimum experience of 4 years with C/C++, preferably in a high-tech environment
• Experience with embedded and/or real-time operating systems
• Experience with design patterns and coding guidelines
• Experience with working according the V-model
• Experience with Unit Testing
• Experience with the Scrum/Agile methodology
• Familiar with Git

And on a personal level?

• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Analytical, proactive, result-oriented and pragmatic mindset
• Willing to work in a projects with fixed delivery dates
• Willing to learn Dutch (in time)
