Now Hiring: Operations Administrator

Full-Time | In-Office | Monday to Friday 

Are you a detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated individual with strong bookkeeping and administrative experience? 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore is looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team.

This hands-on, in-office role combines accounting, financial reconciliation, and office management. If you're someone who enjoys keeping things organized, running smoothly, and being the go-to person in the office, we’d love to meet you!


What You’ll Do:

Bookkeeping & Financial Operations

  • Prepare daily cash-outs and organize checks for bank deposits

  • Handle cash, check, and credit card batching

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Maintain accuracy of Pipeline reporting

  • Reconcile end-of-day route journals (COGs, dump/gas receipts, timesheets, revenue)

  • Perform daily/monthly credit card reconciliations
    Review payroll data for accuracy (in coordination with leadership and a third-party provider)

  • Investigate financial discrepancies

  • Update and maintain business trackers and financial documents
     

Office Administration

  • Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and uniform stock

  • Greet visitors and ensure general office upkeep

  • Provide occasional backup support to the Operations Line (customer service)

  • Keep documents organized and maintain accurate data entry

  • Be a reliable, friendly presence that supports the team’s needs

  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the GM based on business needs
     

 


You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2–3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration

  • Are highly organized, self-directed, and reliable

  • Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision


Schedule & Compensation

  • Salary: $55,000 -$60,000

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~8-hour shift

    • Flexible start time between 7:00 AM–9:00 AM

  • Location: In-office only, Baltimore — no remote work
