Pay
On average, our team members are making $22-26/hr, PLUS AWESOME CASH TIPS! This includes your base pay, our easy-to-attain performance bonus called profit share, and credit card tips. 
On top of hourly pay, we have fun performance bonuses, and we keep some cool finds!

A typical day includes:

• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities
• Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team
• Feel amazing about helping your community 

What you bring to the company:

• You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have a clean driving history clean 3-yr (No points)
• A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Previous customer service, sales, physical labor, and/or driving experience is a plus!
