1-800-GOT-JUNK? is the largest junk removal service in the world, known for our friendly teams and our iconic blue trucks. We’re currently hiring hardworking and motivated Truck Team Members who enjoy staying active, helping customers, and working as part of a supportive team.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay:
$20 – $25 per hour, plus you keep all of your tips.

Work Schedule Options:

• Full-time: 4 days per week (weekend availability 1–2 times per month required)

• Part-time: 2–3 shifts weekly

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving
Operate our 17–20 ft Isuzu NPR trucks while traveling to customer locations throughout the day.

Junk Removal
Lift, carry, and load items from homes or businesses into the truck.

Customer Experience
Deliver friendly, professional service and ensure every customer is satisfied.

Pricing Jobs
Assess removal jobs and provide customers with quotes using our structured pricing system. Full training is provided.

Environmental Responsibility
We prioritize recycling and donating items whenever possible to reduce landfill waste while following local regulations.

Managing Your Route
Work efficiently throughout the day while helping coordinate job timing and truck organization.

Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older (insurance requirement)

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Maintain a clean driving record

• Be dependable with a strong work ethic

• Be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs

• Handle physically demanding work during 10–12 hour shifts
