Position: Temp Nanny for 9 Month Old (Potential for Long Term)

Location: South Salem, NY (moving to permanent home in 8 minutes away in Waccabuc, NY end of May)

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm with flexibility (25 - 30 hours) | Potential for long-term placement

Rate: $25

Overview:
Busy, dual work-from-home parents are seeking a creative, imaginative, engaging, and developmentally focused nanny for their 9-month-old son. Their 2.5-year-old has a separate nanny and is out at daily activities. The role is based in a temporary home until the family relocates back to their primary residence in late May.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing, hands-on care and age-appropriate developmental activities

• Prepare healthy meals/snacks for the child

• Manage nap schedule and daily routine

• Take child to parks, library, and local outings

• Keep child’s toys and play areas clean and organized

• Model positive behavior and encourage early manners

• Travel with the family during the summer

Requirements:

• Infant and toddler experience; potty training experience preferred

• Energetic, flexible, and able to go with the flow

• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills

• Must drive and have reliable, insured vehicle
