We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Home Organizer and Cleaner to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our home. This position entails a variety of cleaning and organizational tasks, focusing on both general upkeep and specific responsibilities that enhance the living space. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be proactive, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Monday: Start-of-Week Refresh
Perform a general tidy of main living areas (dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces).
Conduct a light cleaning of bathrooms (wiping counters, mirrors, and quick sweeping/mopping).
Provide full laundry service (washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes).
Refresh the kitchen (wiping counters, checking dishwasher, and tidying the pantry as needed).
Quickly vacuum traffic areas (hallways, living room, kitchen).
Wednesday: Mid-Week Re
Change bed linens and remake beds.
Complete mid-week laundry (catching up on towels, workout clothes, etc.).
Conduct deeper dusting (baseboards, windowsills, and furniture polishing).
Wipe down kitchen appliances (exteriors of fridge and oven, inside/out of microwave).
Water indoor plants and ensure they are well-maintained.
Light organizing tasks (straightening pantry, coat closet, and laundry supplies).
Friday: Weekend Prep
Perform a final laundry load for the week (if needed).
Check and tidy the fridge (discarding old food and wiping shelves as necessary).
Restock household supplies (paper towels, tissues, hand soap).
Conduct light bathroom touch-ups, particularly for guest bathrooms.
Light vacuum/mop floors for a fresh weekend start.
Accept deliveries and place items neatly upon arrival.
Run errands as requested (e.g., dry cleaning drop-off, quick pharmacy/grocery run).
Ongoing Responsibilities (Each Visit as Needed)
Refresh cat food and water bowls.
Clean litter boxes and ensure pet areas are tidy.
Maintain neat household surfaces, keeping them free of fingerprints.
Tidy the entryway (sorting mail, organizing shoes).
Communicate if supplies are running low or if any areas need attention.
Qualifications:

What Works Best for Family:
