We are seeking a dynamic Senior Purchasing Manager to lead the charge in optimizing our supply chain, controlling costs, and driving profitability across all concepts. This is an onsite role based at our Raleigh, NC headquarters, ideal for a resourceful, data-savvy, and solutions-focused leader ready to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing, hospitality-driven environment.

Develop and lead sourcing strategies and vendor negotiation processes across all categories
Analyze spend and identify cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and supply
Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to evaluate and source new products
Establish supply continuity plans and proactively mitigate supply chain risks
Manage vendor scorecards and build strategic supplier relationships
Lead and mentor the purchasing team, establishing clear processes and performance metrics
Provide market intelligence and forecasting insights to operations and leadership
Partner cross-functionally with operations, culinary, IT, and finance teams
Create a system for theoretical costing aligned with recipe accuracy and inventory flow
Lead response efforts during supply disruptions to ensure operational continuity
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain leadership in a multi-unit restaurant or foodservice environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or a related field
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools
Agile, team-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to drive change and efficiency
