What You Will Do:

• Partner with senior leadership to manage daily operations and drive restaurant success

• Coach and support hourly team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and service

• Ensure strong shift execution by overseeing scheduling, safety, and team performance

• Lead by example in maintaining a fun, collaborative, and solution-focused workplace

• Foster strong guest relationships and community engagement as a brand ambassador

• Monitor shift profitability, cost of sales, and controllable expenses

• Uphold compliance with laws, company policies, and brand standards
