Concierge Coordinator

Our client in Washington, DC has an exciting opportunity available for a highly organized and white-glove, service-oriented Concierge Coordinator to join a prestigious private members' club located in the heart of Washington, DC, Georgetown. Known for its tradition, exclusivity, and exceptional standards, the club provides a distinguished environment for its members. This role plays a vital part in day-to-day operations with a strong focus on member services, administration, and relationship management.  You will report to the General Manager.

Salary: $100K - $120K...Depending on your level of experience
 

Position Overview

You will manage all aspects of the membership experience — from onboarding and renewals to ongoing engagement and communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience working with Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI).

 

Key Responsibilities

Membership Management

  • Maintain and foster relationships with members, delivering a seamless and personalized experience
  • Guide new members through the onboarding process, including application administration, club orientation, and data entry into Salesforce
  • Coordinate introductions between new members and senior leadership
  • Manage membership renewals, resignations, and the waitlist process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and preferences using Salesforce
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication across the club

Member Communication & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all membership-related inquiries
  • Address member concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure members are informed of club policies and protocols
  • Provide a warm and engaging welcome to new members and maintain a high level of ongoing support

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Partner with the finance team to ensure accurate billing, account updates, and payment processing
  • Organize and distribute welcome materials, member gifts, and acknowledgments for birthdays and holidays
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to assist with member communications and committee updates
  • Ensure membership data and documentation is consistently maintained and compliant

Reporting & CRM Oversight

  • Oversee Salesforce data integrity and develop customized dashboards as needed
  • Generate regular reports to support strategic planning, communications, and event targeting
  • Support the application review process and collaborate with club leadership on prospective member evaluations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with UHNWI in a client- or member-facing capacity
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with acute attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional presence with a high level of discretion and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical literacy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small, fast-paced, and process-driven team environment
