A Northwest (Barker Cypress) Houston, Texas married couple is looking to hire a LOCAL TO HOUSTON, Dog-Loving Family Personal Assistant who can help maintain the daily operations of their household, assisting with the care of their beloved dogs who are their "whole life", walking them if needed, being sweet with them, and traveling with them 4-5 x's a year, domestic and international. The couple is too busy to train a candidate so they are looking for a self-starter who can work efficiently, learn independently and quickly with little hand-holding, and also be an amazing problem solver.  

A typical day may include picking up dry cleaning, scheduling appointments, organizing the house, finding or scheduling contractors, (yard, maintenance, housekeeper, etc), grocery shopping, watching dogs for a couple of hours, packing for a trip, maintaining the house (scheduled maintenance items, identifying issues, etc), and general problem solving.

Adults: 2, In about 2 years, the family will be relocating to Pearland, TX, about 40 miles from their current home.
Dogs: 2, Pomeranian, Golden Retriever
Current Staff: Housekeeper, Exec. Assistant

Position Responsibilities

• Household Management: Yes 
  -Schedule maintenance items, identifying issues, etc) 
  -Organizing the house
  -Sourcing and scheduling contractors (yard, maintenance, housekeepers, etc),
• Pet Care, Assist with care, be able to walk them if needed, be sweet with them, travel private with them, etc.
• Errands: Yes, Grocery Shopping Dry Cleaners; Post Office, Etc.
• Driving: Yes. Required
• Travel: Yes, with Couple and beloved pets, up to 5 x/year (4 x Domestic, 1 x International) 

Position Requirements

• MUST BE A CURRENT RESIDENT LIVING NEARBY,
  LOCAL TO HOUSTON, TX within a reasonable distance to commute daily.
• Work Hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 or 7:00 pm, Guaranteed 40 hours
• Years of Experience
• Minimum of 2 References
• Background checks upon a contingent offer of hire

Position Compensation

• Salary: $36-$40. hr Payroll, DOE, PLUS Excellent Benefit package, including Health Insurance, Dental/Vision, 401K, Prescriptions, 24/7 Roadside assistance, free car washes, and other additional benefits.
