Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to department partners and legal professionals, including coverage for overflow and team absences
Manage complex calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Schedule meetings and virtual calls (Teams, Zoom) and handle conference logistics
Prepare, edit, and format legal documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Process expense reports and assist with client billing and related administrative duties
Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and internal departments
Serve as part of a collaborative client service team, offering backup assistance as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong experience managing calendars and booking travel for multiple attorneys
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to redline, format, and proofread complex legal documents
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Education:
High School or GED
Bachelor's Degree or some college coursework strongly preferred
