Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for webinar planning and execution, coordinating with lawyers, practice leaders, and marketing team members.
  • Manage all phases of webinar production including intake, scheduling tech runs, promoting events, tracking CLE accreditation, and executing live webinars.
  • Draft event communications such as electronic invites and coordinate email marketing schedules.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure proper branding, logo placements, and consistent content presentation during webinars.
  • Leverage platforms like Zoom, ServiceNow, and InterAction CRM to manage workflow and client engagement data.
  • Assist with compiling key performance metrics, webinar reports, and leadership updates.
  • Handle day-to-day marketing support tasks, such as bio updates, research, and reporting, within established service-level agreement (SLA) timeframes.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot challenges to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Participate in internal meetings as needed and assist in other marketing projects and initiatives as assigned.

Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or business development experience within a professional services or law firm environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing webinars, including platform operation (Zoom or similar tools).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (such as InterAction) and service request platforms (such as ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
