JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound service calls, gathering essential information, dispatching service technicians, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service needs
Gather detailed information to determine the nature and urgency of each request
Dispatch service technicians to breakdown locations in a timely and efficient manner
Enter and maintain accurate information in the dispatch system
Communicate necessary job details to field technicians, including order information, location details, and potential obstacles
Follow up on open service calls and ensure proper closure
Maintain professionalism and clear communication with both customers and internal teams
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Equivalent
REQUIREMENTS
High Speed Internet Connection. (required for remote work)
Personal Computer (Laptop/Desktop) with an additional monitor.
Wired or wireless headset
Schedule Flexibility is a must.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer literacy and consistent typing ability
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
