JOB TITLE: Human Resources Clerk

JOB TYPE
  • Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist HR team with clerical duties.
  • Review and send resumes from ATS to hiring managers.
  • Run background checks and MVR’s for hiring managers.
  • Manage electronic filing system to scan and file HR paperwork timely and accurately.
  • Handle unemployment paperwork.
  • Complete verifications of employment.
  • Review invoices and submit for billing.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Other duties can and will arise, and the candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma

REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
