Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: DoE
Schedule: Monday-Friday – 7 am - 3:30 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm
Position Summary: The Warehouse Manager will oversee the full scope of warehouse operations including packing, product assembly, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate is a proactive, quality-focused leader with a strong understanding of warehouse workflow, inventory movement, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Packing
Ensure all products are packed correctly and securely according to company and customer standards
Implement and maintain quality control checks during the packing process
Monitor packaging supplies and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate stock
Assembly
Supervise light assembly operations for display components
Ensure assembly procedures follow specifications and deadlines
Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve any assembly issues
Shipping
Plan and manage outgoing shipments to meet customer delivery timelines
Oversee proper labeling, documentation, and loading of shipments
Work with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and resolve any shipping delays
Receiving
Oversee incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage
Manage accurate logging and storage of incoming inventory and supplies
Coordinate with other departments for timely material distribution
General Warehouse Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members
Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in warehouse management, ideally with exposure to packing, assembly, shipping, and receiving.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proactive and solutions-oriented
Detail- and quality-focused
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong communication and team-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
