Bilingual Warehouse Manager

Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: DoE 
Schedule: Monday-Friday – 7 am - 3:30 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm


Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the full scope of warehouse operations including packing, product assembly, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate is a proactive, quality-focused leader with a strong understanding of warehouse workflow, inventory movement, and team development.


Key Responsibilities:
Packing
  • Ensure all products are packed correctly and securely according to company and customer standards
  • Implement and maintain quality control checks during the packing process
  • Monitor packaging supplies and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate stock
Assembly
  • Supervise light assembly operations for display components
  • Ensure assembly procedures follow specifications and deadlines
  • Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve any assembly issues
Shipping
  • Plan and manage outgoing shipments to meet customer delivery timelines
  • Oversee proper labeling, documentation, and loading of shipments
  • Work with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and resolve any shipping delays
Receiving
  • Oversee incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage
  • Manage accurate logging and storage of incoming inventory and supplies
  • Coordinate with other departments for timely material distribution
General Warehouse Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members
  • Monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in warehouse management, ideally with exposure to packing, assembly, shipping, and receiving.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Detail- and quality-focused
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
