Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Specialist to support the periodic review process within the Business Technology (BT) area. This position will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining technical documentation while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with internal processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the periodic review of technical and procedural documentation.
- Write, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation related to BT processes.
- Interpret and document complex process flows in a structured and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical personnel, to gather relevant information and validate documentation.
- Track and manage document revisions, approvals, and archiving.
- Ensure documentation complies with internal policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Utilize tools such as MS Word for document creation and formatting; experience with SAP is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant industry experience managing technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and document management best practices.
- Strong command of the English language—written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of process flows and ability to translate technical data into readable content.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SAP or other document control systems.
- Experience working in regulated or technical industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, manufacturing, IT).
