Business Analyst – Payments & FX Domain

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise across payments and foreign exchange (FX) domains to support key initiatives within a leading financial institution. The successful candidate will have a proven track record working across end-to-end project lifecycles, bridging business and technology teams to deliver strategic solutions in payments modernization and FX systems.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Payments Expertise: Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 MX conversion, mapping of SWIFT payment messages, and a strong understanding of different SWIFT message types, payment networks, and their standards (e.g., Fedwire).

• Regulatory & Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with SWIFT mandatory releases and the evolving payments standards landscape.

• Foreign Exchange (FX) Domain: Experience with FX cash, FX options, and a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle—from rate requests through to trade settlement.

• System Experience: Proficiency with Murex and WSS (Wallstreet Suite) systems, including configuration, testing, and integration support.

• Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience across full project delivery lifecycles including requirements gathering, analysis, stakeholder management, test planning and execution, implementation, and production support.
