We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Loan Administrator to support the operational needs of our commercial loan and supply chain portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Manage the timely processing and reconciliation of fundings, repayments, and related financial transactions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client and agent accounts.
Establish and maintain credit authorizations, fee schedules, and loan templates based on contractual documentation.
Maintain accurate payment instructions and ensure all transaction details are entered correctly into internal systems.
Review upcoming loan maturities, identify required actions, and coordinate rollover or paydown operations as needed.
Partner with internal treasury and finance teams to ensure funds are properly allocated and reconciled.
Maintain comprehensive operational files and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
Investigate and resolve open items, exceptions, or late payments in collaboration with supervisors and internal partners.
Prepare and distribute client notices and confirmations for loans, interest, and fees.
Support commercial and finance teams in preparing funding memos and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in back-office loan processing, supply chain finance, or agency loan operations.
Working knowledge of major loan or treasury systems (Loan IQ or equivalent preferred).
