We are looking for a Functional ERP Analyst to join a growing team and take ownership of optimizing enterprise business processes. You’ll be the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sage X3 Finance modules (and other ERP functions), helping drive improvements, support users, and lead new module rollouts across the organization.

What You Will Do:
- Act as the SME for Sage X3 Finance modules, ensuring best practices and maximizing ERP capabilities.
- Support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Finance & Supply Chain processes.
- Lead the rollout of new modules, integrations, and ERP enhancements aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to maintain, expand, and improve ERP systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Design and deliver financial/operational reports using Sage SEI or other reporting tools.
- Provide training, documentation, and change management support to help users confidently adopt ERP functionality.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to special projects like system audits and re-engineering.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of ERP support, configuration, and optimization experience (Sage X3 strongly preferred; SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics also valuable).
- Strong knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, FX) plus experience with Supply Chain/Manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems (HRIS, CRM, reporting, warehouse management).
- Proficiency in reporting tools (Sage SEI, Crystal Reports, Power BI, SSRS, Power Query, advanced Excel).
- Solid understanding of internal controls, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — able to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field (professional certifications such as CPA, CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA are strong assets).
