Our client is seeking a Senior Security Analyst & CyberArk Administrator to join their growing Digital Security team. About the Role
As a CyberArk Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the CyberArk platform and privileged access processes. You’ll collaborate across business and IT teams, implement automation for security operations, and ensure compliance with industry best practices and frameworks. This is a hands-on, solution-oriented role where you’ll contribute to both day-to-day operations and strategic security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, maintain, and upgrade the CyberArk infrastructure.
Deploy and integrate new CyberArk modules, products, and features.
Identify and onboard sensitive accounts requiring monitoring and alerting.
Automate privileged access processes such as password rotation and service account management.
Develop standard operating procedures and document processes.
Perform quarterly privileged access reviews and generate security reports/dashboards for leadership.
Summarize technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct assessments of security technologies and controls against frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS).
Support incident response, operational tickets, and ad-hoc requests.
Participate in user onboarding/offboarding and disaster recovery activities.
Collaborate with IT, business, and global teams to gather requirements and enhance security.
Occasional after-hours/on-call support as required.
What You Bring
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in system security administration within enterprise environments.
2+ years of strong, hands-on experience with CyberArk core applications (e.g., PAM, PIM, AIM, Privileged Session Manager, DNA, CPM, PVWA, Vault Administration).
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with network applications such as firewalls and VPNs.
Knowledge of Azure and AWS environments.
Understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO, CIS.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Fluency in English (written & spoken).
