Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT within an enterprise environment.
Strong experience with Okta, including configuring SSO (SAML & OIDC applications), Okta Identity Governance and Okta Workflows.
Solid understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including the principle of least privilege. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, particularly in multi-forest environments.
Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and practices.
Knowledge of the NIST framework and other information security standards.
Familiarity with NIST framework and information security concepts such as the principle of least privilege.
Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL v4 is considered an asset.
Strong soft skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to map, translate, and improve business processes.
Proven research and troubleshooting skills, with a strong analytical mindset.
Development experience within the agile framework is considered an asset
Experience working in an agile development environment is an asset.
