Vendor relationship management
Deliver exceptional day-to-day service to our team members
Provide first level problem resolution of low-medium complexity
Admin building operational support:
Monitor and response to building support corporate conceirge inbox
Provide prompt responses to building related questions that come into shared inbox
Provide support and assistance for all building planned events
Provide and support event scheduled walk throughs with team members and any possible external clients
Provide as required after hours event support for scheduled events
Provide administrative support as required for the companies onsite Real Estate Operation team
Executive Reception desk duties as required
Action & maintain event spend tracking
Action & maintain operational and facilities services budget spend
Other tasks as required or needed
Requirements:
Fluent English both oral and written
Proficient with Google G-Suite
Strong Powerpoint knowledge and skills
Strong independent and self motivated
Strong problem solving skills
Positive attitude and a willingness to help
Flexible schedule (possible late or evening work when required)
Post Secondary diploma
