Context
As part of the delivery of one of its priority projects, the services of a senior Salesforce developer for its customer knowledge project.2. MandateThe customer knowledge project aims, among other things, to set up a single customer file in a new Salesforce CRM instance. In this context, the features of the ticketing for customer support already in operation in an existing instance will have to be migrated to the new instance. This project is in line with the organization's strategic objectives, aimed at simplifying the technological ecosystem, adopting industry solutions and standards, and standardizing the management of customer records. The main responsibilities of the Salesforce developer will be to configure and develop Cloud Service and Cloud voice as part of the telephony migration project. He will contribute to the resolution of incidents in the relationship and support center / customer file and collaborate in the migration of the CRC to a new Salesforce instance.
The main qualities sought by the developer are:? Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and precisely; Appropriate knowledge of the English language;? Analytical and synthesis skills; Team spirit;? Proven customer service skills;? Autonomy and sense of organization;? Availability on call if required.

It is important to note that the current ticketing system is being migrated to a new Cisco webex phone system that will integrate with Salesforce Service cloud voice via an add-on from B+S. Proficiency and experience with a Salesforce call center is an asset. Experience in development with Java and Javascript;? Knowledge with flow builder Apex programming;? Knowledge of basic design patterns, limitations and bulk patterns, trigger handling, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and efficient unit testing;? Experience with Salesforce API: REST/SOAP API for telephony integration and third-party tools;? Experience with Service Cloud, Omnichannel, Routing, Queues, Console, Case Management, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Apex Development: Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Jobs. Lightning Web Components (LWC). Flows and Process Builder (and migrating those automations).
In the event of non-compliance with these compliance elements, the application will be automatically rejected.

Other elements considered an asset
? Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Gitlab, Visual Studio;? Experience with Salesforce AI (Einstein Bots, voice transcription);? Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) and Service Cloud Consultant;? Front-end experience with Lightning Web Components and with one or more Web Programming Frameworks (Angular, Vue JS);?
