Summary:

My client is seeking a detail-oriented Account Operations Coordinator to support daily operational processes related to work order management and service partner coordination. This position plays a key role within the Contract Quality Management function, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual obligations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate routine and non-routine tasks among service providers, clients, and internal teams.

  • Support small to mid-sized client accounts by managing service delivery, cost tracking, process compliance, and quality assurance.

  • Process and resolve maintenance and repair work orders efficiently.

  • Support dispatching, scheduling, and follow-up activities post-service.

  • Participate in weekly client meetings to provide updates on project and work order progress.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather customer requirements and resolve operational challenges.

  • Review vendor scopes of work and ensure accuracy in the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

  • Perform standard tasks using established procedures, with opportunities for limited discretion.

  • Maintain consistent output by following structured processes and working under close supervision.


Typical Day:

  • Work with facility management teams and operations staff.

  • Use PM programs and CMMS tools to track and validate data.

  • Collaborate with vendors to confirm service scopes and ensure system accuracy.

  • Engage in hands-on coordination and administrative support to help ensure service delivery efficiency.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with CMMS systems and general facilities or building management.

  • Technologically savvy with basic troubleshooting and system navigation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and vendors.

  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Valid CGP clearance or ability to obtain it.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Basic numeracy to perform calculations like percentages, markups, and discounts.
