About the Role
We're seeking a talented Instructional Designer & Developer to join our dynamic learning and development team. In this role, you'll shape the future of learning by creating innovative, engaging, and effective educational experiences for diverse audiences.
 
What You'll Do
- Design and develop cutting-edge learning solutions across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences
- Lead the full instructional design lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation
- Create engaging multimedia content including e-learning modules, videos and job aids.
- Implement data-driven approaches to measure and enhance learning effectiveness
- Drive innovation in learning technology and methodologies
 
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in instructional design and development
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360)
- Proficiency in video development
- Proficiency in technical and business writing skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Create work back schedules and track record of successful project delivery
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
 
Technical Skills
- E-learning development tools (Articulate 360)
- Video development tools (Google Vids and Vyond)
- Multimedia design 
- Learning Management Systems
- AI and machine learning applications in learning
- Data analysis and learning analytics
