ensuring all clients receive the solutions that both technically and commercially make the

Solution Design & Scoping:
Translating client requirements into scalable telecom architectures across wireless, fiber, IP
networks, and private LTE/5G.
Create Bill of Materials which correlate with the technical needs of the client.
Technical Presentations & Demos:
Showcasing tailored network solutions, including RF planning, microwave backhaul, Radio
Communications, core network configurations, and NOC services.
Bid Management & RFP Response:
Structuring clear, compliant, and compelling responses for public and private tenders,
emphasizing technical aspects, commercial benefits, SLA requirements, lifecycle management -
repairs and maintenance agreements.
Engineering Capabilities
Project Management:
Manages all aspects of a telecom project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring it's
delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
Site Surveys & Feasibility Assessments:
Collaborating with engineering to perform pre-deployment assessments and technical
validation.
Transmission Planning:
Collaborating with engineering to prepare preliminary and final network designs
Vendor Coordination:
Aligning OEM solutions with customer needs while managing interoperability, compliance, and
certifications.

Skills Requirement:
Deep telecom expertise
Proven track record across one or more of the following sectors: public safety, utilities, carrier-
grade networks, and industrial telecom systems
