Senior Process Improvement Analyst - TI130525

Position Overview: 
  • We are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to document, analyze, and enhance business processes across the organization. 
  • This role will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to document and map existing business processes
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current workflows and procedures through interviews, observation, and data collection
  • Create detailed documentation of existing processes using standard methodologies and tools
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in current processes
  • Develop comprehensive improvement plans with clear recommendations and implementation strategies
  • Lead the implementation of approved process improvements
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes
