The client is looking for a M365 System Administrator (70%) and SharePoint On prem and cloud platform (30%) combined with a DevOps profile... the M365 and SharePoint aspect is important.
The DevOps specialist and M365 administrator will join a Squad that supports all M365 solutions from SharePoint to Copilot. It will also be paired with another DevOps in the area of business support and productivity to support the various SharePoint environments of the client.
Main tasks :
Maintain and support all applications within a product family
Build and maintain tools for deployment
Actively participate in operational activities and ensure a standby to provide 24/7 support
Collaborate in incident and problem resolution, as well as post-mortem activities
Implement and use the right monitoring tools to proactively detect potential issues
Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reliability
Implement security best practices to ensure data confidentiality and integrity
Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures
On-call support responsibility (every other week), requiring availability outside of normal working hours to respond to emergencies and critical incidents
The candidate must have the following qualifications to be retained for an internal process:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 8 years of experience with Sharepoint on prem and on cloud (as system admin)
2 years of experience in DevOps or a related field
Experience as an M365 Global Admin
Advanced scripting skills in at least one language, such as PowerShell and Yaml
Experience with containerization and cloud services (Docker, Kubernetes, Tanzu)
Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
Understanding of cloud infrastructure Azure
Support on call 2 weeks every two weeks (rotation de 2 personnes)
Bilingualism: French 5/5 & English 4/5 (non-negotiable)
