Program Manager- Real Estate Portfolio Manager - 2025-17

Job Description:
A strategic initiative is underway to optimize the Corporate real estate portfolio. Given the complex and cross-functional nature of this portfolio, we are seeking a Program Manager to ensure its successful implementation. This role will focus on providing essential program management, governance, and oversight to drive the strategy forward. You will be instrumental in maintaining alignment across various workstreams and ensuring meticulous program management. As the work transitions from strategic planning to active project delivery, your role will evolve to meet the changing needs, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes for our corporate real estate portfolio. This position is vital for maintaining momentum and ensuring the strategy's objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Project Description:
  1. Governance Oversight & Management: This role will be pivotal in establishing and upholding strong governance practices across the entire Corporate Location Strategy program. The Program Manager will work to ensure alignment with strategic goals and facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders, contributing to the overall success and integrity of the program. This will involve providing regular updates, managing decision-making processes, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the project's progress and objectives.
  2. Corporate Space Needs Assessment: The Program Manager will facilitate workshops and document comprehensive needs assessments to inform the design and planning stages of real estate projects. This involves coordinating stakeholder engagement, gathering detailed requirements, and ensuring accurate documentation of findings. These assessments will provide critical data for optimizing space utilization and aligning with strategic objectives, ensuring that real estate investments effectively support the long-term goals.
  3. Corporate Location Strategy Implementation (Calgary & Edmonton): This initiative involves the practical execution of the defined Corporate Location Strategies in both Calgary and Edmonton. The Program Manager will be responsible for meticulous schedule management and logistical coordination, ensuring all project components are aligned and progressing according to plan. This includes overseeing the integration of various workstreams and maintaining clear communication to facilitate seamless implementation across both locations.
