- You’ll be joining the Consumer Health Team to contribute to the growth of our Home Health Monitoring (HHM) product excellence and customer success. You are a motivated self-starter with high attention to detail and a focus on quality. You will collaborate with clients and members of our team to configure patient home health monitoring plans in our software solution Triage Manager.
- Triage manager allows patients to take readings in their own home with the knowledge that trained support workers are monitoring their status and progress. To enable patients to provide the correct information, they follow a plan created for them by their treatment team which consists of interviews which are completed according to a prescribed timetable. The range of medical conditions which Triage Manager can support is extensive.
- As part of a patient’s plan, interviews (which consist of statements, questions, answers and taking readings) can be included to help assess their health status. The content of the interview is completely tailorable to address the specific needs of the patient, and once created can be included in any patient’s care plan. For a given chronic disease monitoring plan, there are on average 20 different interviews to configure in Triage Manager.
What you’ll do
- In close collaboration with government clients, leverage your significant attention to detail to project manage and configure new patient health monitoring plans to meet client expectations
- Leveraging client templates, manually configure interview questions, ratings, sensor steps, branching logic and French translations into Triage Manager
- Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure errors are identified, documented and resolved
- Deliver high quality work, meeting internal quality expectation and receiving high client satisfaction rates from clients - deliverables require minimal rework by others
- Manage expectations, communication, risk management, and effectively interface with clients and working teams
