Job Description:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ( entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views)
- Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Field services
- Hands on with D365 customer service
- Knowledge on Power Platform components like Power apps, Power Automate flow, Canvas Apps
- Working knowledge on D365 marketing (Customer Journeys)
- Experience with API testing in Dynamics 365 CRM, using tools like Postman, Swagger
- Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals(CRM) or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
