Systems Engineer III

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Sr. Systems Engineer to join our team!

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Ability to define, implement and maintain processes and procedures to meet project objectives
Experienced with analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvements
Experienced with developing initiatives for continuous process improvements
Ability to work with the customer and developers in integration of applications
Ability to use best practices to carry out system engineering, reengineering, process measurements and change management activities
Experience working with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes, and risks.
Experience working with AWS, C2S, C2E, and/or HCI
Experience working within an Agile development team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience applying system engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects
Familiar with performing activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance management
Experienced with executing as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts
Ability to document and track requirements and assist in driving them to completion.

Minimum Education and Experience:

Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
