Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Engineer II to join our team!
Description:
Systems engineer for a mission-critical Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system. Successful candidate is expected to develop a firm understanding of a complex system providing Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) and Digital Policy Management (DPM); collaborate with external customers to identify and document new requirements; facilitate, decompose, and allocate software tasking to implement new capabilities; and coordinate with software development and test teams to ensure proper implementation. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in requirements analysis, system architecture, design, development oversight, data flow, process improvement, and testing. This position supports population of the ICAM systems’ directory with authoritatively-sourced data that is exposed to users and external systems in a variety of integration options. Development and review of customer-facing and internal technical documentation is also expected.
Requirements:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Ten (10) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
- Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 15 years' experience
Desired experience with and/or understanding of:
- LDAP protocol, directories, and replication (Apache Directory Studio)
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) encryption and authentication
- Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) concepts
- Databases/SQL
- Digital Policy Management (DPM) and XACML
- Requirements analysis and decomposition
- Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
- SIGINT or IA domains
- Decomposition of complex, interconnected software processes to identify and document relationships and dependencies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to clearly communicate and review architecture and design concepts.
