Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director/BCBA to join our team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for leading and developing clinical programs. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care, and driving program growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ABA therapy.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and professional development of clinical staff.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and clientele.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
