Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director/BCBA to join our team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for leading and developing clinical programs. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care, and driving program growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ABA therapy.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and professional development of clinical staff.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and clientele.
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
