Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Are you an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional with payroll experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll provide crucial support to our operations by assisting with a variety of tasks, including:
  • Rendering timesheets and schedules
  • Preparing financial reports, contracts, and materials
  • Invoicing and account receivables
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
To succeed in this position, you'll need to have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox, and Google Docs. You'll also need to have a positive attitude, be a team player, and be comfortable working in a hybrid role, splitting time between working a few days in the office and remotely.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll and administrative support in the Healthcare field.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox, and Google Docs
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
We offer a competitive pay $18-$21.00
