Your Role:
As a BCBA at CFA, you’ll lead with creativity and compassion to:
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and deliver exceptional treatment programs for adults in residential and day programs.
- Conduct assessments and design evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Use a hands-on training approach to mentor and motivate staff, guardians, and family members, ensuring the effective implementation of treatment techniques.
- Lead Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write progress reports.
- Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and train Behavior Interventionists, fostering a positive and high-performing team dynamic.
- Monitor and refine programs in the field or clinic to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Represent CFA with professionalism and integrity to all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certification: BCBA®.
- Education: M.A. / M.S. in a related field.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and program designs for clients with varying skill levels.
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and train teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong administrative and time-management abilities.
- Language Skills: Bilingual candidates are a plus!
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (based on education and experience).
