YOUR MISSION :
We are seeking a
Senior Procurement Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the procurement and payment lifecycle. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in procurement operations and supplier coordination.
- Drafting and Quality Control of Assignment Terms of Reference.
- Managing Call-Off Procedure.
- Initiating and managing requisitions, which are essential documents that transition into Purchase Orders during the procurement process.
- Ensuring accurate and timely handling of supplier invoices, in coordination with internal stakeholders and finance teams.
YOUR PROFILE :
- Proven experience in procurement or contract management, ideally in a structured or international environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (C1 level) is required; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
