We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – CRM Integration (Microsoft Dynamics) to support a strategic project involving the integration of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution within a banking environment. The successful candidate will operate on the business side, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to structure and drive complex discussions across multiple departments.


YOUR MISSION

• Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering process for the CRM integration project,
• Engage with stakeholders across various business units to identify needs, constraints, and opportunities,
• Facilitate and animate workshops with diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and clarity of objectives,
• Translate business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications,
• Collaborate closely with IT teams and external vendors to ensure accurate implementation.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex environments,
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM platforms,
• Proven experience in requirements engineering and functional analysis,
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders,
• Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading cross-functional workshops,
• Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and data modeling (UML).
