We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the evolution and maintenance of a transversal lending application within a banking environment. This role operates at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring that functional requirements are accurately captured, translated, and implemented across both new initiatives and ongoing system enhancements.


YOUR MISSION

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to lending processes.

• Manage requirements across both project delivery and application maintenance streams.

• Lead and animate workshops with diverse stakeholders across business units (operations, compliance, risk, legal, etc.).

• Conceptualize and design solutions using modeling standards such as BPMN (process flows) and UML (data models, system interactions).

• Work closely with development and architecture teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.

• Use SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

• Proven experience working on finance applications.

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage complex deliverables.

• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops with senior stakeholders.

• Solid IT background, with the ability to engage in technical discussions.

• Relevant experience in: BPMN for business process modelling, UML, particularly for data modelling and system design, SQL for querying and data validation. Nice to have: Experience in Power BI or similar reporting tool.
