Pre Sales Consultant BC

THE ROLE

 

This role focuses on driving new business sales for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central add-on solutions across Western Europe.

 

The candidate will:

 

* Sell directly to end-customers

* Sell through Microsoft partners

* Build strategic relationships within the BC ecosystem

* Own and grow the BC revenue segment

* Drive software deals in mid-market and enterprise manufacturing organizations

 

This is a highly commercial hunting role requiring someone who can independently build pipeline, create opportunities, and close complex ERP/software deals.

 

LOCATION / REGION

 

* Focus region: Western Europe

* Hybrid/remote working model possible, bases in Amsterdam

* Willingness to travel within the region when required

 

TARGET PROFILE

 

Current Roles

We are targeting candidates currently working as:

 

* Business Central Sales Executive

* ERP Sales Executive

* Account Executive ERP

* Dynamics 365 BC Sales Specialist

* Business Development Manager

* Partner Account Manager

* NAV/BC Commercial Consultant

 

Experience Level

 

* Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience

* Strong preference for candidates already active within:

 

  * Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  * NAVision ecosystem

  * ERP manufacturing software

  * Microsoft partners / VARs / ISVs

 

MUST-HAVES

 

* Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV solutions

* Fluent Dutch and English

* Strong hunting/new business mentality

* Experience selling ERP/software solutions

* Entrepreneurial mindset

* Ability to independently develop territory/business

* Experience managing pipeline and forecasting

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Ability to engage with decision-makers and influencers

 

STRONG PLUS

 

* Manufacturing ERP experience

* Experience selling through partners

* Existing Microsoft partner network

* Experience with consultative/challenger selling

* Experience working with ISVs, VARs, or system integrators

 

NOT A FIT

Please avoid candidates who:

 

* Do not have BC/NAV ecosystem exposure

* Only have account management/farming experience

* Lack ERP/software sales experience

* Come from non-technology industries

* Have no partner/channel sales exposure

* Need highly structured environments to perform

IMPORTANT

BC/NAV ecosystem experience is the key differentiator for this role. We are specifically looking for candidates who understand the Microsoft Business Central ecosystem and can operate effectively within that network.
