Required Experience:
Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
Proven professional experience in installing, configuring and administering ServiceNow;
1 year in the implementation of projects in ServiceNow
Training on the platform in administration of ServiceNow;
Good knowledge of Now Platform, ITSM
Knowledge of the Now Create methodology
Skills that will be an asset:
Knowledge of ITOM, ITBM, CSM, FSM modules
Knowledge of web development with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax and Web Services;
Higher Education in the area of Information Technology
Accreditations and Certifications on the ServiceNow platform
Knowledge of the ITIL framework
Fluency in English;
High sense of proactivity, responsibility and autonomy;
Good teamwork skills
The salary range for this position varies between 28k-35k gross annually depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience demonstrated during the interview process.
