End Point Administrator (EAD)
Ensures the alignment of the endpoints and management infrastructure to meet the organisation’s collaboration needs.
Nature of the tasks
  1. Maintain and support the organisation endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobiles, tablets) during their full lifecycle using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and automation via PowerShell, Python and Ansible.
  2. Create and maintain enterprise operating system reference image using Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), SCCM (Configuration Manager) and Windows 10/11 Enterprise imaging tools.
  3. Maintain and manage security and software updates of endpoints using Windows Update for Business (WUfB), WSUS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, McAfee ePO, with scripting support in PowerShell and Python.
  4. Investigate, diagnose and solve endpoints related problems involving Windows client OS troubleshooting, device drivers, peripherals, Intune policy deployment and compliance monitoring, supported by PowerShell, Python and Perl scripting.
  5. Contribute to define endpoint policies, propose improvements using Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, conditional access and automation through PowerShell and Ansible.
Knowledge and skills
  1. Knowledge of Windows 10/11 client OS administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
  2. Knowledge of endpoint and peripheral installation and troubleshooting (drivers, docking stations, printers, mobile devices).
  3. Knowledge of application packaging and OS imaging using MSI/MSIX, Intune App Deployment, SCCM, MDT, Autopilot.
  4. Knowledge of scripting and automation, including PowerShell (primary), Python, Ansible and Perl.
Technical certifications (not mandatory)
  1. Microsoft 365: Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
    (related technologies: Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell)
  2. Microsoft Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (SCCM) or equivalent
  3. VMware: Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) or equivalent
    (Workspace ONE / VMware Digital Workspace)
  4. Cisco Certified Technician Collaboration
  5. McAfee Certified Product Specialist – ePO Certification
